Will there be parking?

Yes! We recommend street parking available around the shop. There is also a small parking lot, however street parking will be easiest. Please be courteous to neighbors and don’t block driveways.

Is there any way I can come early?

Sorry, we won't be accommodating any early admittance to the sale but you are welcome to preview the sale on Wednesday. You can also see items on our Instagram @oldportland. We appreciate your enthusiasm! 

Can I place things on hold beforehand?

There will be no "Holds" during the week of the sale.  

Can I order online or over the phone?

This sale is for in-store purchase only.

Do you ship?

Purchaser must arrange transportation an/or shipping.

Is the discounted price marked on the tag?

All discounts will be taken at the register. All merchandise in the shop is 29% off the marked price! If it is already marked down, it is 29% off the last marked price!

If I buy something and it doesn't work out can I return it?

Due to the unique and antique nature of the items we sell we cannot offer returns. All sales are final so please choose carefully. Thank you for understanding.

If I purchase a large item do I have to take it home with me that day?

You are welcome to take up to two weeks to pick your item up from Old Portland!
